Our Member Structure is changing!
New lower rate for members joining
through the November 6th Meeting!
Until our November meeting on the 6th our membership rates are $99 for singles and $149 for couples. This rate is good for all expired members, prior guests, and anyone else that would like to join. Current members will be able to renew as their membership expires at this rate as well. For those that have joined since July 1st of this year, we will credit you one month of additional membership to make up for the higher rate when you joined.
After November 6th, our membership rate structure will change. For new members the first year will be $149 for a single with a $99 renewal and $199 for a couple with $149 renewals. So if you are interested in joining please take advantage of this opportunity!
Members will get 3 emails reminding them to renew their membership. Please remember to renew before your expiration date! If you renew after your expiration date, you will have to pay the $50 higher rate for your first year which can easily be avoided under this program.

Take Advantage of our new Member Referral Program!
We are also implementing a member referral program; any member that refers a member receives an additional 3 months added to their current membership. To get credit the person joining must list you on their membership application under “referred by”. So if you refer 4 members your entire year membership would be free! There is no limit to how many members you can refer. We are going to leave this referral program in place after the membership drive. This is a great incentive to let all of your friends and any email list of investors you may have know about North Metro REIA!
